This Google Earth photo taken in July 2010 shows the levee that
separates Newport from Bellevue. The Party Source and its
parking lot butts right up against the embankment.

This Google Earth photo taken in October 2013 shows the distillery
under construction. The levee has been removed and replaced
with the concrete flood wall. The Party Source has been extended
into the newly-acquired area as well, with the new section now a
part of Newport, as is the entire distillery.
