When the distillery was dismantled in 1920, everything was carefully laid away.
Each stave of this wooden mash tub was numbered so it could be rebuilt.

There are still a couple of barrels laying in corners of the warehouse.
Notice that the hoops are wooden.

This barrel was filled in January 1905. Joe says there is still some  liquid in it,
but by now it would be hard to say if it's whiskey or just old water.
The barrel is made of hickory wood, not oak.
